Pilot came together in November 2011. The group unites the powerful vocals of Shelley Faith with the masterful rhythm section of Madison music veterans Morris Davis (guitars), Jerry Neviaser (drums), and Bruce Neviaser (bass).
Shelley Faith draws her unique and powerful vocal style from her experience as a professional singer-songwriter, and with her popular acoustic group: The Shelley Faith Band.

Morris Davis formerly of Hot Money, now delivers blazing lead guitar work for PILOT. Morris also still performs occasionally with his hard rock band The Contractions in the U.S. and in Europe.

Jerry Neviaser is a long-time drummer for several successful Madison area bands including Primitive Culture, Hot Money, and State4. Jerry has performed/recorded a wide range of material over the years including funk, blues, rock, punk, R&B, reggae, latin and electronica.

Bruce Neviaser, also an original member of Primitive Culture and Hot Money, has plenty of experience delivering the gritty low notes. His background is equally diverse, covering funk, blues, rock, punk, R&B, reggae, and latin. He’s also one helluva nice guy!
